EXCLUSIVE: Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s $24 million Billionaire Bunker mansion in Miami is undergoing DRAMATIC changes as years of renovations finally come to an end and a massive pool is filled with water

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner can move on to the next chapter of their lives as construction nears completion on their luxurious waterfront villa on Miami’s most exclusive island.

The former White House senior advisers purchased the $24 million high-rise on Indian Creek Island – best known as the “billionaire’s bunker” thanks to its celebrity residents – after moving to Florida in January 2021.

Ivanka, 41, and Jared, 42, spent more than a year renovating the 1.3-acre property overlooking Biscayne Bay, and it looks like their dream home is almost finished.

Exclusive images of the property show that the villa’s huge pool has finally been filled with water, a sign that they are in the final stages of construction.

The couple purchased the palatial property a few months after they left Washington, D.C. with their three children, Arabella, 12, Joseph, 9, and Theodore, 7.

The mansion features six bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, as well as lush landscaping, reflecting pools and a large dock.

They were spotted checking out the construction last week, days after the arrest of their father, former President Donald Trump, and the release of his historic mugshot from Georgia’s Fulton County Jail.

Ivanka wore a sporty black T-shirt and matching leggings, which she paired with pink and black sneakers.

Her long blonde hair was tied back and she shielded her eyes from the Florida sun with a white baseball cap and mirrored sunglasses.

Jared, on the other hand, wore a white pocket t-shirt, jeans, dark sunglasses and his beloved gray New Balance sneakers.

They smiled and chatted with each other and those present about the design of the outdoor area of the almost completed mansion.

Although the couple hasn’t moved in yet, they took advantage of their home’s stunning exterior and posed for outdoor portraits with their children earlier this year.

They moved out of their home in the affluent Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, D.C. and into the Arte Surfside, a luxury condo building between Miami Beach and Bal Harbor.

The building is one of the most expensive complexes in Miami-Dade County, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month.
