NFL star Michael Oher’s adoptive parents have been spotted for the first time since he filed a bombshell lawsuit against them.

In exclusive pictures obtained by , Leigh Anne Tuohy and her husband Sean are seen strolling through their Santa Rosa Beach neighborhood in Florida on Sunday as they are accused of dishonesty over his adoption decades ago.

Tennessee-born Tuohy, 63, wore a white T-shirt and baby pink tennis skirt with sneakers and silver jewelry as she walked alongside her husband, who was wearing shorts and a blue shirt – along with a mystery man in an orange shirt.

The couple made headlines last week after Oher, 37, known for being the inspiration for hit 2009 film The Blind Side, accused them of lying about adopting him.

His heated petition, filed with a Tennessee parole court, accuses the Tuohys of tricking him into signing a conservatory agreement, believing the papers were adoption papers.

This agreement allowed them to do business under his name, reportedly including with The Blind Side.

Oher is now demanding a full net worth statement as his life story has brought in millions of dollars – while he says he made no money from the film.

He accuses the Tuohys of falsely posing as his adoptive parents and says he found out in February 2023 that the conservatory agreement was not the agreement he thought it was.

Oher says it didn’t help him develop a family relationship with the Tuohys.

The pair have hit back, describing his allegations as an “insulting” attempt to pressure him. According to one of their attorneys, Randall Fishman, they are now seeking termination of their conservatory activities.

They argue that Oher knew he had not been adopted, even mentioning three times that the Tuohys were his caregivers in his 2011 book I Beat The Odds: From Homeless, To The Blind Side.

According to their lawyers, Oher has been estranged from the Tuohys for about a decade, and before filing the lawsuit in court, he threatened to spread negative news about them unless they paid him $15 million.

Attorney Steve Farese added that Oher had become “more and more vocal and more and more menacing” over the past decade or so, describing it as “devastating to the family.”
