Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have agreed to a custody agreement and expect their split to be resolved “amicably,” court documents show.
The former couple will have two weeks each with their daughters Willa (three) and Delphine (1) until January.
They are also allowed to travel anywhere in the US and UK, meaning Turner can take the girls to England, which she says will be their “forever home”.
While Jonas is allowed to take the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner will spend Christmas with them in the UK with their family.
The agreement comes after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner. The child custody decision is expected to pave the way to finalizing the couple’s divorce.
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have agreed to a custody sharing agreement after four days of mediation
has obtained court documents revealing that Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas expect an “amicable” resolution to their split.
The court filing from Turner’s attorney, Stephen Cullen, said the mediation was “ongoing and productive” and that the division of custody was “pending an amicable resolution of all issues.”
Cullen appears to have made good on his promise to “lower the mercury” made at a court hearing in New York last week.
Jonas filed for divorce in Miami on September 1, with sources close to him claiming Turner had been partying too much and leaving him alone to care for their daughters.
Turner, 27, shot back and accused Jonas, 34, of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so they could return to England with her.
She cited an international child abduction law as the reason for the children being with her.
The split has sparked court cases in Miami, Britain and New York, where the custody issue is being heard.
Court filings in New York state that both sides are engaged in mediation in Britain and the United States.
Under the previous restraining order, the girls had to remain in New York.
The second preliminary plea agreement, which both sides asked for a judge’s approval, said both sides agreed the girls would be with Turner from Oct. 9 to Oct. 21.
Turner can travel with them “temporarily” to any location in the US or UK, but must return them to New York on October 21, where they will be “transferred” to Jonas.
The handover must occur at a time and place convenient for both parties, the filing said.

Sophie is allowed to take the girls to England, which she claims will be their “forever home.”
Jonas will be with the children until November 2nd, when he or their nanny will take them back to New York.
He will be able to travel anywhere in the US, meaning the girls can join him on his US tour with the Jonas brothers.
During these dates, the group is scheduled to play in Austin, Texas; San Diego, California, and Anaheim, California.
On November 2nd, they will play in Fresno, California, which may explain why their nanny was able to bring them back to New York for the delivery.
The document states that Turner will have the children for the following two weeks until November 22nd and Jonas will have the children for the next two weeks until December 16th under the same conditions.
Turner will spend Christmas with her daughters as she will be with them from December 16th to January 7th and then has to take them back to New York.
The agreement comes after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner, who played Sansa Stark in the HBO series “Game of Thrones.”
A trial to resolve custody matters is scheduled for January 2nd.
Previous court filings detailed how the couple’s three-year marriage quickly fell apart in August after Jonas reportedly saw Turner insulting him on the Ring camera.
He filed for divorce two weeks later, claiming their relationship was “irretrievably broken.”
But Turner responded by filing a lawsuit in New York.
In court papers, she claimed the couple sold their Miami home in March and bought a $9 million home near Oxford, United Kingdom, which they described as their “forever home.”
Turner went a step further in her Miami legal filings, including a letter Jonas wrote to the property’s seller raving about the prospect of living there.
