EXCLUSIVE: Tristan Thompson’s first baby mom Jordan Craig files a document to bolster her entitlement to $40,000 a month in child support for her six-year-old son as the NBA star’s earnings plummet

Tristan Thompson has paid his first baby mama, Jordan Briani Craig, a whopping $40,000 in monthly child support payments – and now she wants to make sure the agreement is firmly in place, can reveal.

Curiously, on Aug. 9 in Los Angeles, Craig filed a “Summary of Judgment,” a document designed to create a public record in the event the debt — in this case, child support — is not paid .

There was no indication that she hadn’t received her monthly stipend from the NBA star.

However, the filing comes as Thompson has experienced a drop in his income in the years since the child support agreement was reached for their six-year-old son Prince.

The original agreement dates back to 2019 when the 32-year-old athlete was playing with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he earned an annual salary of $17.7 million.

Since then, however, the basketball star has seen his family grow — he has three more children by two different women — and his annual salary has dropped to $9.2 million.

Craig began dating Thompson in 2014, but their two-year relationship went awry and ended when the Lothario began dating Khloe Kardashian.

The young mother was pregnant with Prince and, according to court records, still romantically involved with Thompson when he began dating Khloe in 2016.

Thompson now shares two children with Kardashian: daughter True, five, and son Tatum, who was conceived through IVF in November 2021, just weeks before the birth of his third child, whom he shares with fitness model Maralee Nichols.

Little boy Theo was born in December 2021.

It was reported that Thompson was paying an estimated $120,000 a month in child support for all three wives.

He was previously embroiled in a month-long paternity battle against Nichols in 2022 to find out if he was Theo’s biological father.

Nichols also sued Thompson for child support, claiming he allegedly offered her $75,000 in exchange for her silence.

Thompson came in in January 2022 after the paternity test identified him as Theo’s biological father, and he took to social media to publicly apologize to Khloe.

The case was settled last December, when he agreed to pay $9,500 a month in child support and gave Nichols sole custody.

He also partially paid for Nichols’ legal fees during the settlement proceedings and was officially named as the father on the birth certificate.

At the time, Thompson was not signed to a non-earning team.

In early April this year, Thompson was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, presumably to get closer to Khloe.

The father-of-four began dating Khloe in 2017 while Jordan was still pregnant with their son, Prince.

According to the ruling, Thompson was ordered to pay Craig’s $50,000 legal fees as part of his 2019 settlement.
