Multiple sources told that a secret CIA office has been coordinating the recovery of crashed UFOs around the world for decades.
A source said the US government had recovered at least nine apparently “non-human ships” – some destroyed in a crash, two completely intact.
Three sources briefed on these supposedly top-secret operations told that the Office of Global Access (OGA), an arm of the Central Intelligence Agency’s Science and Technology Directorate, has played a central role in orchestrating its collection since 2003 have what could be alien spacecraft.
The three sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to avoid reprisals, were all briefed by people involved in these alleged UFO recovery missions.
Although the shocking claims sound like they’re straight out of a science fiction novel, they’re part of a growing body of evidence that suggests the U.S. government may actually be hiding advanced vehicles that weren’t made by humans.

David Grusch – a former senior intelligence official – is one of three military whistleblowers who have testified under oath about UFOs. Grusch claims he has evidence of secret programs with technology that far exceeds U.S. capabilities
In July, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer backed a bill that would allow the disclosure of “recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence.”
Former senior intelligence officer David Grusch told Congress in an explosive public hearing in July.
That same month, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer sponsored an extraordinary bill that would allow the disclosure of “recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence” – which has now passed the Senate.
Sources who spoke to shed light on how the CIA allegedly coordinated the secret recovery and storage of these supposedly crashed or landed UFOs.
The late CIA expert Jeffrey Richelson wrote in his 2016 book “The US Intelligence Community” that the Office of Global Access helped provide “global collection capabilities.”
“There are at least nine vehicles.” “There were different circumstances for different ones,” a source briefed on the UFO program told . “It has to do with the physical condition they are in. If it crashes, a lot of damage will be done.” Others, two of them, are completely intact.”
The source said the CIA has a “system that can detect UFOs while they are still cloaked” and that special military units will be sent to try when the “non-human” ships land, crash or are brought to Earth will be used to salvage the wreck.
Another source with knowledge of the OGA’s role said it specialized in allowing the U.S. military clandestine access to areas around the world where they would normally be “denied” – such as behind enemy lines.
“They are basically designed to make it easier for people to travel in and out of other countries,” the source said. “They are very clever at getting to wherever they want in the world.”
Multiple sources briefed on the OGA’s activities told that most of its operations involve more conventional recovery missions, such as stray nuclear weapons, crashed satellites or enemy technology.
However, they claimed that some missions coordinated by the OGA involved the recovery of UFOs.
“The job is simply to take it into custody and protect its secrecy,” a source said. “The actual physical recovery is done by the military.” But it’s not under military control because they have to keep too many records. So pretty quickly they start transferring it into private hands.”
Documents released in December 2016 by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) showed that the OGA was one of 56 offices of the CIA, with its chief and deputy representing two of the spy agency’s total director-level officials of 286.
An unclassified organizational chart released by the CIA in October 2015 lists the OGA among nine offices in the agency’s science and technology division.
The late CIA expert Jeffrey Richelson wrote in a 2016 book about the agency that the OGA was founded in 2003, citing a CIA description that it was “integrated.”[s] Analysis, technology and craftsmanship to attack the most difficult targets and provide global collection capabilities.’
Doug Wolfe helped establish the CIA’s Office of Global Access in 2003 and served as its deputy director. According to a short biography published at a conference he attended in 2017, he managed “unannounced access programs that provide information from the most difficult areas that are inaccessible.”
Schumer’s bill would require all government agencies to turn over evidence of “recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence” to a panel of experts, which can then decide to make the information public

A 255-word biography of former OGA deputy director Doug Wolfe, released at an aerospace conference in 2017, said he “helped found the Office of Global Access.”
Wolfe’s biography cryptically adds that he was “responsible for leading and managing strategic unwarned access programs that deliver information from the most demanding denied areas” and “as a program manager with responsibility for the end-to-end systems acquisition of an innovative new system.” “acted as a source”. and method for the IC [Intelligence Community].’
Two sources told that the OGA is coordinating with special operations forces such as the SEAL teams or Delta Force under the Pentagon’s Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) or with nuclear weapons experts such as the Nuclear Emergency Support Team (NEST) to do so to collect crashed or landed vehicle.
However, another source who has briefed members of Congress on the alleged crash recoveries said that NEST was not involved in any of these operations.
A spokesman for the authority also denied involvement.
‘[NEST] “Staff regularly come across materials of unknown origin,” a spokesman said. “In fact, one of NEST’s missions is to help determine the origin of nuclear material that is prohibited beyond regulatory control or used in a nuclear device.”
“During its operations, NEST never encountered any material related to UAP.”
In a written statement, a JSOC spokesperson told : “We have nothing for you on this.”
A former SEAL team member told that they took part in CIA-coordinated missions to recover high-value stray enemy weapons and that they knew of colleagues who had taken part in similar missions in which they apparently recovered sophisticated technology not from this world.
“It definitely happens,” the ex-SEAL said. “Even a piece of ordnance or a weapon that we’ve never seen before, we recover it and bring it back.”
A source said the Air Force Special Operations Command’s 24th Special Tactics Squadron, based at Pope Field Army Air Base in North Carolina, was also involved in securing areas for UFO crash recovery.
Sources say the CIA office then often turns over the wreckage or material to private aerospace companies for analysis, where it is not subject to stringent government reviews and can be protected by trade secret protections.
“The CIA is the portfolio manager or owner of the UAP.” [Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena] “Crash retrieval operation,” a source who shared their information with Congress told .
“The Department of Energy’s national laboratories are contractors for materials analysis when it comes to recovered radioisotopes, but not always just radioisotope materials.” The aerospace defense industry is also a contractor, specifically not recovering radioisotopes, but the other non-radioactive material – and intact aircraft – handled.”
Multiple sources said that due to the high level of security and compartmentalization of information in such top-secret programs, many of those involved in these programs may not even realize that they are dealing with non-human vehicles.
UFO whistleblower David Grusch appeared on the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast on Wednesday and reiterated his claims about a secret U.S. government program that hides crashed “non-human” UFOs
In an interview Wednesday with podcaster Joe Rogan, whistleblower David Grusch gave an example of how engineers on the 1940s Manhattan Project didn’t know they were working on detonators for the atomic bomb that would eventually be dropped on Japan.
The late Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid told the New Yorker in 2021 that leading defense contractor Lockheed Martin was one of the private contractors that potentially had alien wreckage.
“I was told for decades that Lockheed had some of these seized materials,” he said.
As majority leader, Reid was part of the “Gang of Eight,” a select group of senior lawmakers who were granted access to the country’s most closely guarded secrets that were too sensitive to be shared widely in Congress.
But even he was denied access to these alleged programs, he told the magazine.
“As I recall, I was trying to get classified clearance from the Pentagon so I could look at this stuff. They wouldn’t approve of that. I don’t know what the numbers were, what the classification was, but they wouldn’t tell me.’
Reid helped establish a new UFO investigation office at the Pentagon in 2008 to investigate regular encounters by U.S. military pilots and other military personnel with strange objects in the sky and sea.
In June, former top intelligence officer Grusch claimed that while working for the Pentagon’s UFO office, he discovered that the US had a secret program attempting to extract new technology from several “non-human” spacecraft it was procuring had, since 1970 and the 1930s.
The former National Reconnaissance Office employee’s claims were deemed “urgent and credible” by the intelligence community’s inspector general. According to his own statements, Grusch presented him with documents that support his story and in July 2021 presented them to around 40 witnesses who were involved in the alleged “reverse engineering” UFO programs.
According to documents released by the National Archives in 2016, the OGA is one of 56 offices of the CIA
The Office of Global Access is located within the CIA’s Science and Technology Directorate, one of the agency’s five directorates, according to an unclassified 2015 organizational chart
Earlier this year, Senate Intelligence Committee member Marco Rubio told NewsNation that he had spoken firsthand to some of these program insiders who were reportedly working to extract new technology from ships possibly captured by aliens.
“There are people who have come forward over the last few years to share information with our committee,” Rubio said in the June 26 interview.
“Some of these people still work in the government.” Many of them are very afraid. Fear for her job, fear for her approvals, fear for her career. Some of them are afraid that something could happen to them.
“Most of these people have at some point or perhaps even currently held very high privileges and high positions within our government.
“Some of these allegations are beyond the scope of what any of us have ever dealt with.”
“If it’s even partially true, then someone has broken the law.” There were some violations. Because these things need to be disclosed to Congress.”
Leading lawmakers appear to be taking seriously allegations of UFOs hidden in secret bunkers.
Senate President Schumer co-sponsored a bill to create an audit committee with presidential-level powers to uncover and disclose all non-human activities or even bodies of the US government.

All government agencies must hand over evidence of “recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence” to an expert panel, which can then decide to make the information public.
The Senate voted for Schumer’s bill. If passed in the House, it would be added as an amendment to the annual military spending bill for 2024.
“The American public has a right to know about technologies of unknown origin, non-human intelligence, and unexplained phenomena,” Schumer said in a July press release announcing the change.
Republican Congressman Eric Burlison of Missouri, part of an informal group of lawmakers pushing for greater transparency on UFOs, told that the sources’ claims gave him and his colleagues a lead in their investigation.
“Those are the types of specific programs that we’ve been trying to figure out the names of,” he said. “It was so difficult because we can’t get this information with details from Grusch or from the [Intelligence Community] Inspector General.
“I can’t confirm that it’s true.” But it certainly gives us a lead to follow.
“I think if it exists, even if they don’t give us any information beyond that, I think we owe it to the world to disclose it.”
