The increased alert level has been declared for several federal states, this applies to Vorarlberg, Salzburg, Upper Austria, Lower Austria, Burgenland and Styria. And the federal capital Vienna is not spared from the storms this time around and has to be prepared for a lot.

“Currently, a strong storm is moving from the southwest through the Vienna Woods and Vienna’s western districts.
