Ezra Miller seems relaxed and unperturbed these days, despite her laundry list of legal troubles.
The actor, walking past them, was photographed Monday hanging out with her mother Marta Miller on the porch of their Vermont home – a day after her third arrest of the year.
The “Flash” star, 29, now sports a full mustache that curves up along the toothless grin they flashed the mush. They didn’t even get up from their chairs or put down their phones for the impromptu encounter.
Marta didn’t appear to be okay with the situation, however, as photographers caught her shooting up from her seat, grimacing while seemingly shouting in their direction. A picture posted by the Chron even showed her mid-sentence with a disapproving index finger in the air.

On Sunday, Ezra was charged with criminal burglary into an unoccupied home for allegedly breaking into a home in Stamford, Vt., and stealing several bottles of alcohol in May.
The “Perks of Being a Wallflower” star was also arrested twice in Hawaii – once in March for disorderly conduct, to which they did not object, and again the following month for allegedly throwing a chair at a woman.

Vermont State Police cited Ezra for burglary during one of their visits to the actor’s Stamford estate to try to locate the young family he is said to have been hosting since mid-April.
According to Rolling Stone, officers were looking for the 25-year-old mother and her three children, ages 5, 4 and 1, to serve on her an emergency care request that prosecutors had requested, which called for the children to be removed from both the property and their care.

The order was reportedly written out of fears for the children’s safety, as Ezra’s farm is said to be littered with firearms, ammunition and marijuana.

In June, the mother insisted to Rolling Stone that Ezra “needs a safe environment for [her] three very young children.”

However, the ‘Fantastic Beasts’ star reportedly told police over the weekend that the family hadn’t lived there for months, in what prosecutors said appeared like an attempt to evade “service” of the order.
VSP officials believe the actor may be hiding the family’s whereabouts.
Rolling Stone also noted that the mother posted daily on social media from the property until mid-July, when her account went dark and appeared to be deleted.

Ezra has also been accused of “grooming” a teenager and has had a restraining order issued against her by another woman and her 12-year-old child.
Representatives for the actor have not responded to our numerous requests for comment.
