According to a press release from the Vermont State Police, the Justice League star, who uses neutral pronouns, has been accused of stealing alcohol from a private home. He is said to have broken into a home in Stamford in May and stolen “several bottles of liquor” while the residents were away. After an investigation based on surveillance footage and testimonies, police believed they had sufficient grounds to charge him.

Police say the 29-year-old actor was finally located on Sunday and received a subpoena to appear before the criminal division of Vermont Superior Court in Bennington on September 26 on burglary charges.

This is the latest lawsuit against the actor to hit the headlines in several months. In June he was charged with predatory behavior towards a teenage girl and harboring a mother and her three young children on his Vermont farm. Iel was also arrested in Hawaii in March and April for second-degree assault, with local police revealing the star had received 10 calls in Hilo.

Despite his legal troubles, The Flash, in which he plays the title character, is set to be released in June 2023.
