The property is located in the City Castello condominium in the interior of São Paulo and the assets are valued by a court official.
origin of the guilt
The debt comes from a loan the singer took out in 2018, around the time he broke off his partnership with Renner. At the time, Rick sang alongside Giovani (of the Gian and Giovani duo). Finally, it should be remembered that Giovani is also the target of the process, since he took the loan together with the other sertanejo.
After Rick and Giovani failed to honor a courtapproved payment agreement, Judge Misael dos Reis Fagundes ordered the attachment.
In short, the open action against the musicians has attached photos of a wine cellar in the Sertanejo’s house. The aim is to justify the legitimacy of the appendix request, since it proves the high standard of living that the sertanejo squanders on social networks.
Finally, the singer’s defense did not dispute the debt from the loan, stating that he had already paid about R$50,000. The defense also argues that the property mentioned by the creditors in the lawsuit does not belong to Rick and that he has only the beneficial interest in the property. The house, he said, belonged to the farmer’s son, Victor Carvalho.
The house has nine suites, beauty salon, massage room, swimming pool, sauna, gym and parking for 14 cars.
