And the prospect of jail appeared to weigh heavily on Boris Becker as he looked tearful and lost ahead of tomorrow’s sentencing.
The three-time Wimbledon winner, 54, was given a hug by girlfriend Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro yesterday after spending “family time” with his son and estranged wife Lilly Becker days earlier.
The German star-turned-commentator was found guilty of four charges under the Bankruptcy Act in a trial this month.

A London court heard he had transferred £350,000 to other accounts, hidden a property in Germany and undeclared 75,000 shares in an IT company and a £700,000 loan.
After his bankruptcy in 2017, the father of four was legally obliged to disclose all his assets.
The London-based star now faces the loss of lucrative contracts with TV networks around the world, including his job as a BBC pundit at Wimbledon.
Yesterday Becker, who won the hearts of tennis fans with his all-action style of play in the 1980s, was given a hug by his girlfriend as he smoked during a break in meeting documentary filmmaker George Chignell in London.
He was photographed with Lilly and her 12-year-old boy in south London last weekend before the father and son met his current girlfriend.
Becker will learn his fate at Southwark Crown Court tomorrow morning.
