Fashion Nova owner Richard Sagyan has won a $141 million bid to buy a Bel Air mega-mansion.

BEL AIR, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — The mega-mansion in Bel Air, considered the largest home in Los Angeles, has a new owner at a bargain price.

The property, known as The One, was originally worth $295 million but recently sold at auction for almost $141 million.

According to The Los Angeles Times, Richard Sagian, owner and CEO of Fashion Nova, has won the war over the 105,000-square-foot home. The actual bid was $126 million, but after including auction costs and commissions, it was $141 million.

It has 21 bedrooms, 42 bathrooms, a private theater and a bowling alley.

Saghian, a 40-year-old fashion brand owner who made his fortune through ties to stars like Kylie Jenner, Lil Nas X and Cardi B, now has annual sales in excess of $1 billion, according to the Times.

According to the report, Sagyan owns two more homes he bought in Southern California. for nearly $15 million and $17.5 million. The first is located on Malibu Beach, the second is on the so-called Bird Streets of the Hollywood Hills.

The Saiyan’s previous home in the Hollywood Hills was implicated in an attempted armed robbery last June. This led to a gunfight in which one suspect was killed and four wounded, including Sagyan’s personal bodyguard. Sagyan was not hurt.
