Felipe Neto criticizes Sertanejo’s talk about Rouanet: ‘Do what you are against’

Felipe Neto, 34, again commented on the speech by singer Zé Neto, from the country duo with Cristiano, about Lei Rouanet and Anitta.

In a video posted on the official channel of cuts from his videos, he doesn’t name names, but says the singer who “shaved” Anitta “has a bunch of shows that were paid for with public money.”

“It’s like the story of the country people there who went to talk about Anitta. […] He’s talking about Anitta and, as always, using that stupid way of speaking of someone who doesn’t know what he’s talking about when he’s talking about the Rouanet law. […] You saw that ‘Zé bund*’ itself has a bunch of shows that are paid for with public money,” he began.

Those who defend Bolsonaro defend death and corruption as long as the corruption is theirs, this small group.

The speech about the use of public money by town halls with sertanejos became a debate after Zé Neto criticized Lei Rouanet. In a show held last week in the town of Sorriso in Mato Grosso, he said:

“We are artists who are not dependent on Lei Rouanet. Our fee is paid by the people. We don’t have to get a tattoo on our toba to show if we’re good or bad. We just come here and sing and the whole country sings with us.”

Explaining how the Rouanet law works which grants tax incentives to individuals and private companies who sponsor products or services in the cultural sector and has been criticized during the government of President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in addition to making changes Felipe said that town halls allow shows without hire proper accountability.

“You know how it works for a town hall to hire a country duo for a festival? It’s just a mindset, there’s no bidding, there’s no competition, there’s no process, you don’t have to describe where every penny that’s going to be spent goes, damn it!” he said.

The guy says he’s against the Mamata and the Rouanet law and he does everything he says he’s against, that’s all.

This wasn’t the first time Felipe Neto commented on the controversy. Commenting on social media, he recalled several occasions when the country duo defended President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), a constant target of criticism from Anitta.
