Felipe Neto, digital influencer and youtuber, filed a new lawsuit against Antonia Fontenelle. The dispute arose after the presenter’s recent comments, which even hinted at a fight between the two during a broadcast on Jovem Pan. With information from Ancelmo Gois’ blog.
Days later, during a live broadcast, Fontenelle described Felipe Neto as someone who was “unhappy, pathetic, sold out, lying, cowardly, disgusting, insecure and pedantic.” The influencer is demanding the removal of the video from the internet and compensation of BRL 100,000. The case will be decided in the 2nd Civil Court of the Barra da Tijuca Regional Court.
In the first lawsuit against the moderator, Felipe and his brother Luccas Neto had a positive ruling, forcing Antonia to compensate them R$100,000 for associating her with pedophilia. The moderator, in turn, claims to be suffering from persecution.
