Many royal viewers will have their eyes glued to their TVs today as Netflix released its documentaries about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The first three episodes of the six-part show, which is said to tell the couple’s love story, have now aired.
During the show’s opening sequence, the Duke, 38, and Duchess, 41, of Sussex, described how they were brought together by mutual friends after Harry saw Meghan’s photo on Instagram.
It also details how the transatlantic couple maintained their long-distance relationship, as the king lived in the UK and the then-actor was living in Canada while filming Suits.

Before the couple met in the summer of 2016, Meghan enjoyed relationships – and rumored relationships – with a couple of high-profile men.
Most notably, the 41-year-old was married to Hollywood producer Trevor Engleson between 2011 and 2013.
The former actress is believed to have sent her wedding rings back to her ex-husband when she ended the relationship after moving to Toronto from California to film Suits.
According to Andrew Morton’s bio – Meghan: A Hollywood Princess – she ended the relationship 18 months after the couple’s wedding.

They were married in a lavish ceremony at a Jamaican beachfront hotel once favored by Marilyn Monroe and Errol Flynn.
Meghan reportedly ended the marriage “completely out of the blue” by mailing her rings after walking out of her West Hollywood home with a 360-pound mixer and moving to Toronto.
Another former partner of the Duchess is Canadian chef Cory Vitiello, with whom she is believed to have dated in early 2014.
The couple reportedly moved into the chic townhouse where she lived under the name Meghan Engelson, near a park where they walked their beloved dogs, Guy and Bogart.

Meghan’s relationship with Vitiello lasted two years and there was talk of a possible engagement, but the couple split in May 2016 – around two months before she met Prince Harry.
Another reported ex-partner of Meghan’s is 6ft 5in tall basketball player Steve Lepore, who she reportedly dated while she was at Northwestern University in Chicago.
However, the relationship was short-lived after Steve transferred from Northwestern University to a college in North Carolina.
Steve, 38, is now a basketball coach and lives in Lexington, Virginia with his wife Carrie and their young daughter.
Meghan Markle is also said to have dated fellow student and basketball player Steve Lepore while she was in college
He has previously declined to speak about Meghan, and his wife Carrie told the Weekend Magazine, “I don’t know why, but he won’t.”
Meghan reportedly dated TV actor Brett Ryland for five months after graduating from college.
Brett, who lives in LA, has starred in the television shows Mother’s Little Helpers and South Of Nowhere.
He later became a staff writer at 2 Broke Girls and worked as a writer at Disney Channel. He is now said to be working in the business world.
Meghan reportedly dated comedy writer Shaun Zaken for six months in 2003.
TV actor Brett Ryland is also believed to have dated Meghan, with the couple believed to have spent around five months together after she left college
The couple met as students at university and began a romance the year Meghan graduated.
Shaun, 38, has worked on the TV shows Mystery Girls and Nail Files and made a cameo appearance as a waiter on Sex and the City.
The LA-based writer and producer also co-wrote the TV movie Two Princes, which tells the story of Prince Charming arriving in present-day California.
In 2014, the Duchess was rumored to have been in a relationship with Irish golfer Rory Mcllroy after he nominated her for the Ice Bucket Challenge for the ALS Association and accepted her on condition that he throw ice and water at her.
The pair were later seen having dinner together in Dublin – however, they confirmed they were just friends.
