Although appreciation on the island was sometimes limited to just over 40% of its splendor, many families took the opportunity to reach the places where relevant activities were carried out. The event was well received in other parts of the world, for example in Texas, USA. The phenomenon occurs when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth at its furthest point from our planet. This way it doesn’t completely obscure the sun, creating an orange “ring of fire” effect.

The Executive Director of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, Carlos Ruiz, stated that Núñez should always be remembered for the more than 200 unpublished plenas he left on the island, for his commitment to contributing to the culture in his own way and for her to pass on parts of the universe to other places, as well as his extensive discography that has transcended generations and still resonates with the Borincano collective.

The Puerto Rico Police Department has activated the Ashanti Alert for citizens to join the search for tourist Amanda Lynn Webster. (Provided by police)Employees of the Institute of Forensic Sciences (ICF) wait for the arrival of a relative of Amanda Lynn Webster, the tourist reported missing in Naguabo, to identify a body found in a rocky area in the Río Blanco district of the aforementioned municipality. On Saturday, authorities found a body “that may be that of a female” in the search area set up to determine Webster’s whereabouts. The 44-year-old woman, originally from Indiana, was staying in a short-term rental in Naguabo and had been missing since last Wednesday. It was the owner of the apartment who informed the police that he had no knowledge of his tenant’s whereabouts.

It was Luian who announced the news on social networks with a video that captured the special moment. The clip begins with Luian and Zuleyka getting out of a vehicle, but the former queen is blindfolded. The music producer led them to a place he had reserved near the coast. There he removed her blindfold and knelt with her ring in his hand to ask her to marry him. Rivera, who was wearing a red dress, looked surprised as the song “Marry Me” was heard with the voice of Nicky Jam singing live at the venue. The couple then had dinner at a table in the area that also had large neon letters reading “Marry Me.” The couple confirmed their relationship on July 11, 2021 through a picture in which they were seen kissing.

(Facebook)Three camels that escaped from Hacienda Los Pablo in the Palmarejo neighborhood of Lajas this weekend left social media users wondering if there was a preview of the arrival of the Magi from the East. The camels’ escape was documented by Yanuel Nuty Vázquez Homar on his Facebook account. Vázquez Homar stated in his publication: “In Lajas you no longer meet horses, but camels.” Apparently it is common for these picturesque animals to escape from the farm, since the owners responded that “our camels are so intelligent, that they had learned to open their gate” and invited them to visit Hacienda Los Pablo.
