Whether due to popular ideas about the luxurious lives of royals, the daily behavior of monarchs, or even conspiracy theories, it is nothing new that the British monarchy It exerts a certain fascination all over the world and arouses a lot of curiosity and interest. But for six years, a Brazilian woman had the privilege of solving this curiosity by seeing the day’s routine up close Buckingham Palace and was even allowed to dance with the queen Elizabeth II.
Danielle dos Santos Cabral is from São Paulo and was working as a supermarket cashier in London when she was called to work for the royal family. A customer at the facility who was working with an outside cleaning company for her family recommended her. The Brazilian conducted nine interviews and had to wait eight months for the palace team to examine the last ten years of her life.
On Sunday 3, she spoke on TV Globo’s “Domingão com Huck” program about her experiences serving the Royal Family for six years and about her life in Buckingham. She took part in the “Believe Em Quem Quiser” panel, where three participants tell the same story and only one doesn’t lie. The judges had to find out who danced with the Queen of England.

During one of these trips in 2009 at Balmoral Castle, Danielle had the opportunity to dance with the Queen during a party for officials, the army and members of Scottish high society.
“I was invited to this party in Scotland and there’s a dance where all the women go to the middle of the room and the men form a circle around it,” Danielle said. “As if it were a square dance, women turn one way and men turn the other. I spoke to a colleague. When I went to shake the hand of the woman next to me, she was the queen,” he said on the show.
At the end of the painting, when Danielle revealed that the story belonged to her, the Brazilian shared interesting facts about everyday life in the monarchy. “I worked as a dining room assistant and served food to all of the Queen’s staff.” “Her favorite food was mashed potatoes and sausage,” he told the jury.
According to the RFI portal, she quit her job in 2016 to take care of her children. “I decided to dedicate myself to motherhood, which was a very difficult decision because I really enjoyed working at the palace. But it will always remain in my heart. It was more than a job. It was an experience of a lifetime.”
