Vader’s first exclusive look confirms what many already knew: Hayden Christensen will return as Anakin Skywalker, the Jedi Padawan-turned-Sith Lord who battled Obi-Wan Kenobi throughout the prequel films. attack of the clones as well as Revenge of the Sith. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Christensen also teased his appearance, saying that he was “sworn to secrecy” about what he would do in the series, but noted that “we’re going to see a very powerful Vader.”

Obi-Wan Kenobi Will see Ewan McGregor return to the Star Wars universe as he reprises his iconic role as the titular Jedi Master he famously portrayed in George Lucas’ prequel trilogy. It also shows the return of a comrade star war alumni Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader and Joel Edgerton as Owen Lars.
“The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat – the fall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice Anakin Skywalker, who had fallen to the dark side as the evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.
