The 18th SPACQ Foundation Gala took place on October 2nd at the Imperial Cinema in Montreal, where 18 artists were honored. Bruno Pelletier, who accepted the Luc Plamondon Prize, surprised many when he arrived on the arm of the singer Brigitte M.

“We’ve been a couple for four years now, but we’ve kept a low profile,” said the man, who has a lot to do with projects in the fall.

“I’m getting to a point in my life where I’m celebrating. This year I will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of my Christmas album with Symphony, and I will also be celebrating the quarter century of my album Miserere with a tour. It was an important record for me, everything really exploded with that album, and right after that there was Notre Dame de Paris. Receiving the Luc Plamondon Prize tonight is very meaningful to me because it is thanks to him that I have been able to make myself known in Quebec and elsewhere.”
