Joe Manganiello just officially hit the red carpet with his new girlfriend, actress Caitlin O'Connor – a move that comes five months after his split from Sofía Vergara. Joe and Caitlin attended the Children of Armenia Fund gala on December 9th, and yes, there was some mild PDA (look at the hand placement!).

The two were first linked in September and, according to People, they met at the Winning Time afterparty, which apparently featured… a hot tub? At least based on one source who says, “When they first met in the hot tub and talked the whole time!”
Recall that Joe filed for divorce from Sofía back in July due to “irreconcilable differences” and the couple released a joint statement saying: “We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people who love and care for each other deeply, we politely ask for respect for our privacy in this new phase of our lives.”
As for the reason for the pair's split, a source told the Chron: “They didn't want to be together anymore and stopped hanging out because something so small would often trigger an attitude that annoyed them… just their attitude towards everything was complete different and stuff.” That kind of thing is extremely stressful on a relationship and they got to the point where it would be a good day and one thing would be said or done and they would just get upset with each other. This has made it easier and more relaxing to not be together.”
