Florence Pugh rocks see-through pink Barbie dress: “Free the f–king nipples”

Florence Pugh left little to the imagination during her recent performance in Rome, Italy.

The Little Women star jumped on the barbiecore trend by wearing a pink dress for Valentino’s haute couture show. She went completely braless in the see-through dress, giving fans a glimpse of her nipples.

“Technically they’re covered?” Pugh, 26, joked in a post shared to Instagram on Saturday.

A day later, she used the hashtag “#f**ingfreethef**kingnipple” in a lengthy post explaining her decision to rock the sultry look.

“I was excited to wear it, no blink of an eye was nervous. I wasn’t before, during or even after now,” she wrote.

“It’s not the first time, and it certainly won’t be the last, that a woman has heard from a crowd of strangers what’s wrong with her body. The worrying thing is how vulgar some of you men can be.”

She continued, “So many of you have wanted to be offensive to me about how disappointed you were with my ‘small tits’ or how embarrassed I should be for being so ‘flat chested.'”

Pugh noted that the “more worrying” issue was that people were “afraid of boobs.”

“I wonder what happened to you that you are so content with ranting so loud about the size of my boobs and body…?” she wrote. “If it’s that easy for you to publicly loudly insult women in 2022, then the answer is you don’t know.”

She added: “Grow up. respect people. respect body. Respect all women. respect people. Life will be a lot easier, I promise. And all because of two cute little nipples.”

Over the weekend, Pugh also thanked Valentino for helping her feel “magical” throughout the “Stunning.” breathtaking. Breathtaking evening.”

The backless dress featured a high neckline with light layers of tulle filling out the skirt. She accessorised with her new septum piercing, pink statement earrings and towering platform pumps in a matching hue.

Even Pugh’s beauty look was an issue. She wore pale pink eyeshadow and a rosy lip, her hair was slicked back and tucked behind her ears.

“Thank you again my beautiful team for making my pink princess dreams come true,” the Black Widow star wrote in one of her separate Instagram posts.

Fans were quick to take to the comments section of their posts over the weekend to rave about the stunning look.

“Yes hello 911? Florence Pugh looked perfect at the Valentino event,” one person wrote, while another joked about the impact of Greta Gerwig’s upcoming Barbie movie starring Margot Robbie in the title role.

“Florence Pugh on the set of Greta Gerwig’s ‘Barbie’ movie,” the follower commented.

Of course, Pugh certainly isn’t the only A-lister rocking the light hue lately. Anne Hathaway, Megan Fox, Khloé Kardashian, and Hailey Bieber have all recently channeled their inner Barbie.

In just a week, Fox, 36, wore two different head-to-toe pink looks, while Bieber wore a pink corset. Meanwhile, Kardashian, 38, celebrated her birthday in a latex look and served up total Barbie vibes.
