One Spider-Man: No Way Home fan has made it a little far and has watched the film a record-breaking 292 times.
According to Guinness World Records, Florida’s Ramiro Alanis has reclaimed the record for most theatrical productions of the same film, having seen Spider-Man: No Way Home 292 times between December 16, 2021 and March 15, 2022.
That’s a whopping 720 hours of Spider-Man antics.

He previously held the same record for 191 views of Avengers: Endgame, but was subsequently beaten by Arnaud Klein, who watched Kaamelott: First Rate 204 times.
Apparently, Ramiro was “disappointed” with the news that he’d lost the world record … and decided to make another attempt to honor his grandmother, who died in 2019, before she could see his original world record attempt.
“She was my #1 supporter and I want to remain the record holder,” he said. “If anyone tries to break my record again, I want them to think twice before trying.”
If you’re thinking of trying it yourself, the rules are pretty grueling. First of all, each consideration must be completely independent of any other activity. That means no use of your phone, no need to take naps, and absolutely no bathroom breaks.
In addition, the film must be watched in its entirety each time. This includes the credits and any post-credit scenes. In addition to each ticket stub presented as evidence, a theater supervisor’s statement was also obtained after each screening to confirm that Ramiro had seen the film from start to finish.

How did he achieve this record performance?
Well, Ramiro watched back-to-back screenings of Spider-Man: No Way Home for three months before it left theaters. That meant a total of five screenings a day or 12 hours 20 minutes a day for the first few weeks.
Though he didn’t keep track of his costs, Ramiro estimates he spent around $3,400 on movie tickets for this record-breaking feat. A hefty chunk for one person to contribute to the film’s $1.8 billion gross.
At least Spider-Man: No Way Home is out now on Blu-ray… but I have a feeling Ramiro won’t be picking it up anytime soon.
