Louis-José Houde will direct the Gala de l’ADISQ on November 5th for the 18th time in a row.
The comedian and presenter will be preceded by Sarahmée and Claudine Prévost, who will helm the Premier Gala and Industry Gala respectively. In the case of Claudine Prévost, it is also her 18th year in animation.

The 45th ADISQ Gala will be broadcast live on ICI Télé from 8 p.m. and broadcast from the Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier on the Place des Arts. We will find out the nominees on September 20th.
“I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting the 45th Gala de l’ADISQ. Is it my passion for music or the fact that I’m trying in vain to join the Boogie Wonder Band that keeps me coming back? Who knows? This will be my 18th edition at the helm of the gala so I’m growing up in animation and I can finally drink beer backstage and go to adult prison if I do a bad job. I promise you that there will be no costume changes at my performance, just fun and sharp jokes. I’m already at work and wondering if all this will still be relevant in November to finally rewrite everything in October. Each their own life. I look forward to seeing you again,” Louis-José Houde said in a press release on Wednesday.
The Premier Gala will be broadcast by Télé-Québec on November 1st at 8pm and as an encore on November 5th at 6pm. The industry gala will take place on November 1st from 4 p.m. in the Piano Nobile on the Place des Arts.
