Arthur Picoli has been successful for three years and is happy with his new achievements. Although the BBB 21 participant did not win the prize of his edition, he revealed to gshow that in three years he has already received the equivalent of about three aliens, or more than 4.5 million.
Working outside the home has allowed him to pay R$200,000 in cash for the annual rent of his new house in São Paulo, he has already bought a luxury apartment in Rio de Janeiro, a car for R$700,000 and opened a business.

His latest acquisition is the rental of a luxurious house of more than 500 square meters in Campinas, São Paulo. The mansion has 5 bedrooms, swimming pool, barbecue, cinema, nightclub and lots of comfort. The businessman intends to live in the city for a year:
“I paid 12 months’ rent in cash. It was 200,000 reais. At no point did I say I bought it. My greatest success is that I can live here in Campinas and pay a year’s rent.” Progress without it being missed in the future. My life. I am very happy where I live, it is a moment of fulfillment.”

Arthur talks about how he managed to become a millionaire even without winning the show:
“I won about three awards, thank God, a lot of work and financial education. I work with the public, I have good jobs. In better months, slower months. I’m working with an investment advisor who is helping me find peace of mind and financial responsibility. I have interest every month, I make my investments. I dealt with livestock and meat and did everything outside of the BBB.

Arthur explains the reason for the city change:
“I like to renew myself, to explore new avenues, and I wanted to get to know São Paulo a little better. Campinas is quiet, I wanted to come here and spend a season there, turn my head upside down and put down some roots.” The crossfiteiro even showed in his stories that he received a gift from his neighbor and loves his new home.

He also maintains an apartment in Rio de Janeiro and plans to return there in 2024 to start a new business:
“I have a company and friends in Rio and plan to return to my apartment there soon. I’m going to open a pharmacy in Rio de Janeiro. A huge investment of half a million.”

The former BBB reveals that he already has the necessary financial stability to be able to do without some work.
“It’s very complicated to accept a lot of money to do something. You have to think about the advantages and disadvantages. You have a contract with some companies that prevents you from another contract. “Sometimes you have to say no,” he explains.
“I’m a very distant guy. Today I have a car, I keep it for six months, then I change it. I’m getting married, I’m moving. I am levelheaded, downtoearth. I know where I come from” and I don’t want to go back there.
