Dubbed the “Queen of Chaos,” a young Kentucky college student has revealed that she has turned to God and offered touching appreciation to a friend who saved her from taking her own life.

Rayanna Belle Brock, 23, has been arrested at least 11 times for crimes ranging from shoplifting in March 2018 to terrorism crimes in 2020 and stealing a firearm in January 2023.

Social media profiles with her name say she attended East Kentucky University (EKU) before working as a counselor, and she went viral after sharing countless mugshots and bragging about her catalog of crimes.

In an Instagram Stories reel titled “mugshawty,” named after the popular account that posts mugshots from across America, Brock shares her 11-person collection of custody photos from the past five years, when she was 18 to 23.

According to Kentucky Online Offender Lookup, she is on a year-long pre-trial correction course.

In a June 13 Facebook post, she credited her “pal” Bernard Hoskins with saving her from taking her own life.

“This man took me in when I was literally down and he honestly saved me from taking my life.”

“I had burned down almost every bridge I’ve ever had, but he was still there for me.”

“If it wasn’t for him I would have slept on the street many times but he never turned me down and always did what he could, whether it was feeding my little ass, giving me a shower or just snooping around his house because I didn’t know where to go.” I’m so proud of him.

“We’re both sober now and doing so well and I just have to thank the Lord for that because God only knows what we’ve both been through but we never let it break us!”

Brock’s latest mugshot post shows her grinning broadly with dyed blonde hair and an orange prison jumpsuit after she was arrested in July 2020 on count 3rd degree terrorism threat and 2nd degree stalking.

Kentucky native Brock, who said both of her parents are currently in prison, shared the picture on Instagram with the caption, “I roar.”

A person is guilty of a third-degree terrorist threat if they threaten either to commit an offense “which is likely to result in death or serious physical injury to another person” or “significant damage to property”.

The Kentucky Criminal Defense Attorneys’ definition also states that it is “intentional misrepresentation for the purpose of inducing the evacuation of a building” or public transportation system.

A convict is guilty of second-degree stalking when they intentionally stalk another person and make an implicit or explicit threat that puts them in fear of sexual contact, physical harm, or death.

They also saw a bag of marijuana, Xanax pills, and a weed pipe unobtrusively in her room, along with a Family Dollar basket full of clothing that still had security tags on.

Brock allegedly tried to blame someone else for stealing the cop’s belongings and giving them to her.
