Shocking footage has emerged showing former NFL star Sergio Brown brawling with Mexican officials on a plane as they try to extradite him to the United States to face charges of murdering his mother.

Brown, 35, had been on the run for nearly a month since he was accused of killing 73-year-old Myrtle Jean Simmons-Brown.

He was finally captured on Tuesday while trying to re-enter the country.

Now footage has emerged showing the former New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts security struggling with immigration officials aboard a flight from Mexico City.

In the clip obtained by CBS8, Brown can be heard screaming, “They’re kidnapping me again, I’m from Chicago. ‘I shouldn’t go to Tijuana.’

Two Mexican immigration officers are seen trying to keep the former NFL defensive lineman at bay.

He then pushes one into the hallway and tries to hit him while the officer blocks the blows.

Brown grabs the officer’s uniform close to his neck and screams, “Let me go.”

He then appears to address the other passengers and shouts: “This is a kidnapping.”

At one point a doctor tries to calm him down by offering him a glass of water.

But another passenger, believed to be a hostage taker from San Diego who was also traveling on the plane and fearful of what Brown might do, shouts: “No glass.”

The rest of the clip shows an agitated Brown ranting and waving his arms as officers tried to restrain him.

The incident was filmed by fellow passenger Michelle Williams. She said it took officers an hour and a half to get Brown off the plane.

His mother’s body was discovered Sept. 16 in a creek behind her Chicago home, bearing “multiple assault injuries,” according to officials.
