After watching the first day of the Rio Carnival parades, Nathalia and her husband were leaving the Sambadrome in a taxi when they were approached by criminals who shot twice at the vehicle.
“One of them unfortunately hit Nathalia in the hip, which required surgery. To reassure everyone, we inform you that the procedure was successful. Nathalia is doing well emotionally and physically, she still has some pain everything as planned,” he shared the statement.
Despite the horror, Nathalia says she was helped quickly and was grateful for the welcome she received from friends, family and her team. “I was afraid of what could happen to me, as a mother we always think of our children first,” said the journalist.
