A new ranking by the Forbes Travel Guide lists four Georgia restaurants among the world’s top establishments.
The publication published the winners of the 2022 Forbes Travel Guide Star Award this week.

The Georgia restaurants that made the list are two in Atlanta and two in Sea Island.
Forbes lists Atlas Buckhead as Recommended and gives Bacchanalia four stars.
Colt & Alison in Sea Island also received four stars. The Georgian Room at Sea Island is the only Georgia five-star award winner on the list.

The ranking includes only 74 five-star, 112 four-star, and 67 recommended restaurants around the world.
Forbes Travel Guide has recognized a total of 1,830 hotels, restaurants or spas.

Forbes says its professional inspectors travel the world to rate hotels, restaurants and spas based on 900 objective standards. Their rating system emphasizes service, according to their website.
