Fox NFL reporter Jay Glazer proposed to his girlfriend in a heartwarming ceremony.
The 53-year-old journalist got engaged to his partner Rosie Tenison, a former model and current fashion designer, earlier this week, according to a People report, and announced the news via Instagram on Sunday.
“Sooooo that happened! It only took me 53 years to find true love. For everyone out there… it’s never too late… Gray has made me feel unlovable for 53 years! As a result, I’ve been sabotaging and pushing others away — that’s what Gray makes you do,” Glazer opened up in a post on Instagram.
“But it takes a special spirit to stand by me, to help me grow and to make me feel worthy of being loved. This is that woman!! This amazing, incredible soul, Rosie Tenison, saw my pain but even more so my heart and said, ‘This man cares for so many people, but who cares for him? I want to be the one to take care of him!’ ”

The Fox NFL Sunday host proposed in Santa Monica, California – the same spot the couple had their first date, according to People.
Photos on Instagram show the happy couple smiling on their special day, with one photo showing a close-up of Tenison’s diamond engagement ring.
The two have a deep relationship and “had broken up before [Glazer] embarked on his mental health journey,” states his book Unbreakable: How I Turned My Depression and Anxiety into Motivation and You Can Too.
“I could not have received this love if I hadn’t walked this mental health journey with you all,” Glazer said on Instagram. “It took me 53 years to work on myself to see that I’m worth it, I can beat the grey… I can live in the blue. Thank you Rosie for what will be a life of blue and love.”
