Ozzy, who recently admitted he “can’t walk much now” after his fall in 2019 aggravated a neck injury from his quad bike accident in 2003, was helped by a friend as he pushed the trolley.
The rocker kept things casual in a tartan gray coat and black tracksuit.
Sharon recently took to Instagram to tell fans she’s “back home and doing great” as she shared a festive holiday snap of her dog posing in front of a Christmas tree.

She also sent a message to her fans, writing, “Thanks for all the ❤️.”
Earlier in the week, Sharon’s son Jack, 37, posted a statement on his Instagram the day before, clarifying that she is on the mend after falling ill while co-starring with him on the TV show Night of Terror” turned.
“OK, here’s what I’m going to say – first things first: MY MOTHER DID NOT SHOOT AN EPISODE OF @ghostadventures. She filmed a new episode of Night of Terror with me. Hahaha.’
“Now that we’ve got that straight… She had been given the all-clear by her medical team and is now at home.”
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us with love and support. What happened to my mother – I’ll leave it to her to report when she’s ready.’

Ozzy, meanwhile, recently opened up about his own health struggles as he battles Parkinson’s and limited mobility.
The paranoid hitmaker opened up about his current health status while appearing on his own Ozzy’s Boneyard channel on SiriusXM, with the star saying of his tour: “It’s so freaking tough because I want to be out there.
“I want to do it. This damn surgery this guy did. Damn it, you have no idea.”
WHAT IS PARKINSON?
Parkinson’s disease affects one in 500 people, including about a million Americans.
It causes muscle stiffness, slow movement, tremors, trouble sleeping, chronic fatigue, reduced quality of life and can lead to severe disability.
It’s a progressive neurological disease that destroys cells in the part of the brain that controls movement.
It is known that sufferers have a reduced supply of dopamine because nerve cells that produce it have died.
There is currently no cure and no way to stop the disease from progressing, but hundreds of scientific studies are underway to change this.
The disease claimed the life of boxing legend Muhammad Ali in 2016.
“The thing is, my head is fine, my creativity is fine, my vocals are fine, but I can’t fucking walk much right now.”
“I can’t tell you how bloody frustrating life has gotten. It’s amazing how you get on in life and one stupid thing can mess things up for a long time. I’ve never been sick for so long in my life.
“This surgeon told me that if I didn’t have the surgery, there was a good chance I would be paralyzed from the neck down.”
Health scare: Sharon suffered a medical emergency while filming a paranormal TV show with her son Jack in California last week, resulting in her being hospitalized
The Black Sabbath hitmaker returned to the stage in his hometown of Birmingham for the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in August – just two months after his “life-changing surgery”.
Ozzy revealed in an interview with The Sun that he was told he could have been paralyzed for life after undergoing his first spinal surgery in 2019.
The hitmaker was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019, and that same year he suffered a horrific fall that aggravated a neck injury from his quad bike crash in 2003.
The injury sparked earlier nerve damage from his quad bike accident 17 years ago at his English country estate, which left him breaking eight ribs and a cervical vertebra.
He underwent spinal surgery that left him with 15 screws in his back, nerve pain in his neck, back, shoulders and arms, and the star fearing he would get “bolts in his neck.”
