Frankie Bridge has spoken openly about how hurt she feels when, as a mother, she is shamed and judged for her parenting.
The 34-year-old Loose Women star, who went braless while trying on some sheer dresses on Tuesday, said other people’s “toxic” opinions can be really painful.
Frankie and husband Wayne Bridge, 42, share two sons, Parker, nine, and Carter, seven.
She said hello! on mum shaming: “I hate to talk about parenting on social media.
“Instagram can be a very judgmental place and you can always find someone with something to say and that’s the only thing that really hurts me when people criticize me.

“It used to hurt more when someone said something about how I looked, but now it hurts more when someone says something about Wayne or about the kids or about parenting, it really upsets me.
“Even if someone says you’re such an amazing mom, I want to ask, ‘How do you know that? You don’t see it.”
She added to the publication that judgment begins when you’re pregnant and that others have a “toxic amount of opinions” — sadly, other women in particular.
It comes as Frankie put up a storm on Tuesday when she went braless while trying on outfits at H&M.
All of a sudden she was glowing in a bright yellow sleeveless dress that hugged her curves.
For another look, she ditched her bra for her photoshoot in the dressing room, where she glittered in a black, sheer cover-up that left little to the imagination.
It comes after Frankie revealed earlier this week that she was left “hanging her pants from the back of a boat” during her lavish honeymoon in the Seychelles with husband Wayne.
The former Saturdays singer cringe as she opened up about “the most awkward situation she’s ever been in.”

The couple were enjoying a luxury boat ride and were about to climb in the water to go snorkeling when Frankie’s bikini bottoms got caught on the boat ladder.
The TV star, who tied the knot with the former footballer in 2014, said “everything was on display” and the boat crew had to help her “unhook” her.
Speaking to Giovanna Fletcher on The Walt Disney Travel Company podcast, Journey To The Magic, Frankie explained the hilarious story that made her blush a lot.
She said: “We spent our honeymoon in the Seychelles. One day we went snorkeling. I wanted to go into the sea and my bikini bottoms got caught on the ladder that you climb down into the sea.
“I was literally hanging off the boat by my pants. Obviously everything was in view and the poor boys working on the boat said I could see them stifling their laughter and trying to help me and I just said “Wayne! Wayne!”
After calling out her partner’s name and receiving no response, she was “lost” by the boat crew.
She continued: “But he’s already been in the water so it’s the most awkward situation I’ve ever been in and all these really polite men like to try to be really nice but I could just see faces everywhere.”
“Just like when you walk in and you’re like, ‘Oh my god, this is just awful.’ They had to unhook me. It wasn’t very chic for a new woman!
“I don’t think Wayne realized what was going on until I told him, then he thought it was hilarious.”
During the interview, she also admitted that she misses being in her girl group The Saturdays and would love to prove she’s cool to her kids.

The band, which consisted of Frankie, Una Healy, Rochelle Humes, Mollie King and Vanessa White, formed in 2007 and broke up in 2014.
Frankie revealed she can’t remember the last time the whole group was back together, saying, “It’s actually been so long, I don’t even know how long. Maybe seven or eight years. Sometimes I miss it.
“Sometimes I’d just like to do a video… a music video. I would love to go on tour but all I remember is making videos and they were such hard work and then when you got them back they would be amazing.
“Well, I would very much like to do that. Now I’m just like Mom and I want to be able to do something and say, “See, I was cool.” Just for my kids, yes. That’s sad, isn’t it?’
