Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff’s wife Rachael has been pulled out after more details about her husband’s car accident emerged over the weekend.
Rachael, 42, was pictured at a petrol station on Sunday to buy some provisions while her husband continues his recovery from the collision.
She looked casually dressed in a cropped sweatshirt teamed with a pair of Nike track pants and white sneakers, with a pair of gold hoop earrings.
The mother-of-four, who shares her children with Freddie, was seen returning to her Range Rover after picking up some essentials from Marks and Spencer.
On Saturday, new details emerged from the horror car crash that seriously injured the Top the Gear star on December 13 last year.
Getting out: Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff’s wife Rachael was spotted after more details about her husband’s car accident emerged over the weekend
The former England cricket ace, 45, was flown to hospital with facial injuries and broken ribs after a collision at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey.
The open car overturned and slid down the track in the horrific accident, The Sun revealed in a new report.
At the time of the accident, Freddie was behind the wheel with a crew member in the passenger seat.
A source said: “The injuries were more serious as the car had no roof. It was an unusual accident and somehow the car overturned and the two men were dragged along.”
The duo both wore helmets – which potentially saved their lives – but the source still claimed that everyone on set was devastated by the crash.
“Very little was known about the accident and bosses are keen to keep the details under wraps.
“No one is rushing back to work anytime soon… The future of the show is in serious doubt.”
Officials immediately stopped filming after the crash and began investigating the incident.

Horrifying: New details emerged on Saturday about the horror car crash that seriously injured the Top the Gear star on December 13 last year
BBC Studios confirmed to Web last week that they will not make any decisions to resume production until the investigation is complete.
After the investigation is over, bosses will decide whether or not to continue the show.
Production insiders told the Sun that studio officials also want to give Freddie time to recover from the accident.

Similarly, it’s understood that due to the “integral role” he plays on the show, many cast and crew members “wouldn’t feel comfortable starting again without Freddie anyway.”
The insider said the accident was a “shock for everyone involved and very serious,” adding, “Because ‘Top Gear’ is such a risky production and there is a lot of logistics involved in filming it, it’s a lot more complicated than other TV series.”
Top Gear usually premieres on BBC One in late autumn.
Terrifying: It’s understood many cast and crew members “wouldn’t feel comfortable without Freddie anyway” because of the “integral role” he plays in the show.
BBC previously insisted “all health and safety procedures” would be followed.
Chris Harris, who hosts the show alongside Freddie and Paddy McGuinness, was also at the Top Gear test track.
A review of the accident by the Health and Safety Agency, the government agency, has found no evidence of any serious deficiencies requiring a formal investigation.
The smash comes three years after the ex-cricketer narrowly cheated death following a 125mph shock accident.
In 2019, Freddie was heard screaming, “I can’t stop,” as he hurtled headfirst down a runway just inches off the ground in a three-wheeled bicycle car.
He had been racing his co-hosts when he realized he was running out of road and was about to shoot across the finish line – and saw himself skid in a cloud of dust.
Freddie walked away from the “near-death” crash unscathed, insisting he was “perfectly fine.”
He said at the time: “I go to great lengths to make sure I do well in top gear drag races, but on this occasion I went a few lengths too far. It will look more ridiculous than dangerous when you see it on TV.’
Freddie, who was twice named England cricket captain, first in 2006 and 2007, retired from the game in 2010 before briefly returning to play for Lancashire four years later.
Following his illustrious sports career, he became a familiar face on television, taking part in various reality and panel shows and appearing as the face of supermarket brand Morrisons.
In 2010 he became the team captain on Sky’s A League Of Their Own, hosted by James Corden, before being crowned King of the Jungle in the first season of the Australian version of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2015.
Although he is known to have avoided serious physical injury in the collision, his family reportedly asked him to stay away from work while he recovered from his facial injuries
After appearing in the BBC drama Love, Lies and Records in 2017, he made his musical theater debut in Kay Mellor’s Fat Friends The Musical and presented All Star Musicals for ITV in December of the same year.
He was announced as the new host of Top Gear alongside Paddy McGuinness and Chris Harris in October 2018, ahead of the show’s 27th series.
Paddy has also cheated death after losing control of a red Lamborghini in the Yorkshire Dales in 2020.
Richard Hammond was in a coma after a serious accident while filming in September 2006.
The ex-Top Gear presenter crashed into a jet-powered vampire dragster vehicle at 288mph and spent five weeks in hospital recovering from his injuries.

Top Gear has crashed over the years
Richard Hammond crashes a vampire dragster – 2006
Richard was fighting for his life after crashing the jet-powered car at 288mph while testing the vehicle at the former RAF Elvington airbase near York. Hammond was completing a seventh and final run in the car when the right front tire blew and the dragster veered off the runway, overturning and leaving Hammond with a traumatic head injury and two weeks in a coma. The year after the crash, the TV host returned to the show and spoke about the crash on The Jonathan Ross Show, but couldn’t remember anything due to his injuries.

Freddie Flintoff crashes while riding a jet trike in 2019
In September, Freddie revealed he suffered a nasty escape after a high-speed crash in a jet trike during filming. The cricket star, 41, insisted he was “absolutely fine” after his jet trike went off the road during a race at Elvington Airfield, near York. Freddie reportedly drove his high-speed trike off the road while filming the high-speed race. Crew members rushed to Freddie – who wore a full motorcycle suit and helmet for the scenes – but he emerged with barely a scratch.

Paddy McGuinness’ rear axle comes from his Pontiac Firebird – 2020
In the latest Top Gear series, Paddy embarked on the ‘original’ American road trip with Freddie and Chris Harris. He arrived at their starting point in Peru in a Pontiac Firebird that had no roof, among several other problems. When the trio decided to test their cars on a 1/4 mile straight track, Paddy’s car only got a few feet before the rear end of the axle broke apart completely and he was forced to abandon the car.

Jeremy Clarkson flips his Reliant Robin – 2010
In a now-famous Top Gear segment, former host Jeremy flipped a Reliant Robin multiple times. The car journalist turned it over to prove that the three-wheeled car could easily tip over. In his Sunday Times driving column, Jeremy revealed that he actually asked the crew to tinker with the car “so that the poor little thing fell over every time I turned the wheel”.
