INDIANAPOLIS – Friday will be the second day of field training at the NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in the NFL 2022 Draft.
The NFL Network will broadcast live training sessions starting at 16:00 ET. ESPN’s NFL Live will originate from Indianapolis with a broadcast at 16:00 ET, as well as a show on Saturday at 14:00 ET on ABC.
The combination in Indianapolis is a prelude to the NFL 2022 Draft on April 28-30 in Las Vegas.
Here’s what you need to know about Friday:
training, 4-23 pm (NFL Network): Offensive line and running defenders will undergo a variety of tests, including bench press, vertical jump, wide jump, 40-yard run, as well as shuttle and positioning exercises.

And …: The quarterbacks, broadcasters and secret corners will leave Indianapolis after training on Thursday night, and defenders and midfielders will interview teams, meet with representatives of the NFL Players’ Association and undergo some additional medical examinations.
Recorders: Bruce Campbell’s performances in 2010 will always be one of the warnings of this event. At 6 feet 6, 318 pounds, Campbell ran 4.75 40 yards and made a 34-inch vertical jump in the combine. The Raiders selected him in the fourth round (106th overall), higher than many teams said they would have at the time, but Campbell has played in just 19 games in three career seasons.
At the top of the board: There are two fights in this class – Ikem “Iki” Ekwonu from North Carolina and Evan Neil from Alabama – who will be considered by many in the league as the best candidates for the general election №1.
Neil said Thursday that he will not train on Friday – Alabama’s professional day is March 30 – while Equonu said he will train, but may not make a bench. Clash of the Mississippi State Charles Cross was asked on Thursday what video of the match will show NFL coaches as an example of what he can do as a player and answered: “Bama”. Asked what he was playing in particular, he added: “They can watch the whole match.”
Many staff leaders do not believe that there is a return to this class worthy of choice in the first round, so anything the group can do on the field to change their minds can add to their CVs.

Who can help: The scouts will routinely take a serious 20-yard shuttle for the offensive line, so the boys who show that the explosiveness in the short zone will be noticed. Again, the defenders need quality performances to force the staff to do a little more homework, because this position is currently considered one of the weakest positions in this draft, especially in the first two days.
Do not miss: An on-screen drill was added to the offensive line drills the last time the combine took place in 2020, and if used again on Friday, Ekwonu will almost certainly raise eyebrows with its power and mobility.
