The sixth 2xCuore International Tango Festival will take place from May 25th to 27th. On Thursday May 25th the venue will be the Social Club where the dance competition starts at 5pm, classes with Nito and Elba at 8pm and a milonga de gala with a product fair at 9pm :00 am

On Friday 26, at the headquarters of the Polyphonic Choir Guido Spano 78, the master class will be held with Cristian Quevedo, Sergio Fernández – former fighter from Malvinas, who in the evening will pay tribute to all the Malvinas war veterans – and already Natacha Poberaj The conference “The History of tango in the first person” with Nito and Elba takes place at 20:00. THE STORY OF A FESTIVAL
Junín has been holding its Tango Festival since 2017 and is independent at international level and is part of the International Route of Tango and Tourism, by its director Silvia Guzzo, invited in 2015 to integrate the Board of our City, an agreement between institutions, municipalities, Provinces and nations signed in July 2015 in the city of La Falda, Córdoba.

Important artists from home and abroad took part in the editions of the festival, and the representatives of local tango, as they deserve, occupy a prominent place. AN INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL IN THE SPIRIT OF SOLIDARITY
In addition, it is important to highlight the spirit of solidarity that is in the idea of the event and that is expressed in the name “2xCuore”, a play on words where two passions vibrate in the same heart: tango and the vocation to help them who need it. Previous editions have been held in partnership with the Junín Lions Club. This year the Polyphonic Choir and the Pananbi Choir will join them.
The organizing committee of the festival, which works independently, consists of Susana Sánchez, Marcelo Ortíz, Franco Raimondi, Claudia Levato and collaborators, all under the general direction of its founder Silvia Guzzo, who also holds the position of Assistant Director at La Ruta Internacional del Tango.
With a constant commitment to culture, to solidarity and above all to preserving the name of Junín, the artists brought together for this purpose have managed to position the festival alongside the other festivals of La Ruta Internacional, as well as within the main cultural events. terrific.
In this year 2023 it has set itself the goal of continuing to grow, the 6th. The edition will take place from May 25th to 27th and artists with a career in tango will be present. We offer tributes, song and dance competitions, a Milonga de Gala at the Junín Social Club headquarters and a luxurious conclusion at the Municipal Theater.
