Girlfriend tells how Ana Clara got sick at Taylor Swift’s concert
In an interview with g1Daniele reported that they were both very happy and enjoying the show experience before her friend fainted. The two enjoyed and cried a lot at the first song Taylor Swift sang at the show. Soon after, Daniele saw her friend faint and despair.
“It came out of nowhere. We were very happy. We cried with joy during the first song. Out of nowhere she just fell. She didn’t complain about anything. We carried her over the railing, I jumped and got her out,” Daniele reported g1.

Daniele remembered that they were in the big one together when she saw her friend faint. The friend also reported the heat in the stadium and the shock when she saw her friend.
“We were waiting in line, you know, it was just really hot. But she was fine, we were super excited. And then, out of nowhere, during the second song of the show she just fell over and passed out. He did not say anything. We cried with emotion when we saw Taylor and then she fell like that. People pulled them out, we were right at the railing, and then I jumped over the railing and we ran to their base there,” Daniele Menin said.
Daniele and Ana Clara woke up this Friday (17) around 7:30 am. They started preparing for the show early in the morning. Then they went to the transfer and lined up for the show at around 10am.
“We took water, we took food. It was just very hot. There were street vendors selling it there, but it was expensive, R$10 reais for a bottle of water. We bought two. We bought popsicles to cool off. We We went in, we happily stood at the railing and waited,” commented Ana Clara’s friend.

Now Daniele has the image of her friend crying during the only song she could hear at the show yesterday. “Ana was an incredible person, she had an energy that infected everyone. We will miss her very much. We are in shock!”
Ana Clara was at the show with her friend when she became ill and suffered cardiac arrest. She was rescued by the event organizing team but died. Ana Clara’s body will be sent to the Legal Medical Institute (IML), which will determine the cause of death.

Ana Clara was 23 years old, studied psychology and lived in Rondonópolis, in Mato Grosso. She and her friend left the state to go to the first show of Taylor’s tour.
According to Daniele Menin, Ana’s boyfriend and who accompanied her at the show, the young woman began to feel uncomfortable during the song Cruel Summer, the second in the North American singer’s repertoire.
For the g1Her friend Daniele, who met Ana at college in Mato Grosso, says that they had planned to go to Rio de Janeiro together. They prepared for the show together, stood in line and were together when it all happened.
“In the second song she just fainted. Then we got them out with the help of the security guards and ran to the base in the stadium. They looked after her and took her to the ambulance,” Daniele remembers.
The death came on a day marked by high temperatures in Rio de Janeiro and criticism from fans of the organization of the event for denying entry to the public carrying bottled water. The singer herself even stopped the show to ask her fans for help after noticing people in the audience feeling sick.

According to the company, Ana Clara felt unwell and was “immediately attended to” by the team of firefighters and paramedics. She informs that first aid was administered at the medical station at Nilton Santos Stadium.
“Given the situation, the medical team decided to transfer him to Salgado Filho Hospital, where he unfortunately died after almost an hour of emergency care,” the company reported.
T4F Time For Fun did not publish a report on the overall level of medical care provided and did not comment on fans’ criticism or even on the Justice Minister’s determination to determine whether there was a restriction on access to water in Engenhão.
The fire department says the company has met all requirements related to fire and panic safety conditions. “Medical incidents were the responsibility of event production,” say firefighters.
