Gabriella Brooks shares a tribute to boyfriend Liam Hemsworth after Miley Cyrus released a comeback single on her ex-husband’s birthday
Miley Cyrus released her new single “Flowers” on January 13 for ex-Liam Hemsworth’s birthday, leading many to believe it was a dig at the Hunger Games actor.
But Hemsworth’s current flame, Gabriella Brooks, had the final say, taking to Instagram with a cryptic post to celebrate the Australian star’s 33rd birthday.
“It’s Liam Day!” Brooks wrote alongside a photo of Hemsworth bathing in the sea and a series of emojis including a love heart and a birthday cake.

Brooks’ post came just hours after Cyrus, who dated Hemsworth for a decade, released a powerful breakup anthem.
The 26-year-old model and Liam have been dating since December 2019 and have silenced split rumors on numerous occasions, even making their red carpet debut in November 2020.
The ultra-private couple, who have been together for three years, rarely post about each other on social media and have only appeared in a handful of photos together.

Meanwhile, Miley’s latest track, “Flowers,” stormed to the top of the charts.
With lyrics like “We were good, we were gold, kind of a dream that can’t be sold,” it’s no surprise many believe the song is a reference to her failed marriage to Liam.
She also references the Australian star’s sudden divorce filing by singing, “I didn’t mean to leave you / I didn’t mean to lie / Started crying.”

The hitmaker and Emmy-nominated producer, who previously split from 2013 to 2016, originally fell in love on the set of Julie Anne Robinson’s poorly-reviewed romantic drama The Last Song in 2009
It was believed at the time that Miley wanted to work on their 10-year relationship and was shocked when Liam suddenly filed for divorce in 2019.
The couple had been together for almost a decade and had been married for a decade.
In the music video, which was also released on Friday, the former Hannah Montana star dances the streets of Hollywood wearing a gold Saint Laurent gown with cut-out sections worthy of a red carpet.
Cyrus looks like she came back from a big night and dances in the street before coming home, stripping down to her black lingerie and jumping in the pool.
Miley released the racy music video for her new single Flowers on Thursday, which coincidentally marked her ex-husband Hemsworth’s 33rd birthday
“We were right / til we weren’t / built a home and seen it burn,” she sings while strutting down a graffiti-covered bridge in vintage YSL and big black sunglasses
