Reality shows something different. In conflicts and wars, international law was not respected by anyone. Everything is subject to unpredictability (a clause known as “rebus sic stantibus”), and this unpredictability is called Hamas. A Hamas that did not exist in 1947. And Hamas, born in 1987, rules the Gaza Strip.
In the same vein as Marzouk, Qatarbased top Hamas leader Ismail Hanyer pointed out the resistance and managed to be even more cruel: “We need the blood of women, children and the elderly to awaken that within us “Spirit revolutionary and moving forward”.
As can be seen, the conflict could last a long time, with Israeli troops fighting in Gaza and Hamas men emerging from tunnels, causing surprises.

The US secretary of state consulted Jordan and Egypt on the administration of the Gaza Strip when Biden decided on an Arab force. The President of Egypt, Abdel Fatah al Sisi, and the King of Jordan, Abdallah II, did not see fit to assume the above leadership.
After these two denials, and with the certainty that Israel would not repeat its earlier mistake of entering and staying in Gaza, the discredited Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen), President of the Palestinian Authority, took the stage.
