According to Paperwork, Georgia, the company's sole director, is “pleased to be able to continue to support the company.”

Rocker Mick said his eight children “don't need $500 million (£400 million) to live on”, so he has apparently thought of another way to donate his fortune.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, he said that giving the money to charity could “do some good in the world.”
