Led by the German executive, the fifth edition of the Pact with Africa Summit is a response to an initiative launched in 2017 that included states such as Egypt, Ethiopia, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Guinea and the Democratic Republic of the Congo Republic of Congo belong.
