Vica Brenner, Gerson Brenner’s youngest daughter, reported that she and her friend were victims of homophobia in the building where they live. The 25yearold influencer said that when she entered the elevator, she met Letícia Leal and the two shared a quick kiss. After a few minutes, the building’s doorman called her to discuss the situation.

“As we entered the elevator, we experienced a homophobic episode from our own bouncer. When we met in the elevator it was a coincidence, we shared a quick kiss and our bouncer felt entitled to call us and ask her to come down.” “Talk,” the outburst began, showing a photo of them together recorded on site and shared on social media.

She is the daughter of Gerson Brenner and former model Denise Tacto
Vica went on to say that she and her friend had been living in the building for a month, but they had already noticed the employee’s strange behavior. The girl said the man “kind of” hits on her and has a more sexist attitude.
“For me, I’m more ‘feminine’, he behaves in a sexist manner and also hits on me whenever he can and leaves some things hanging… Today he had the misfortune of calling Letícia to talk. He called her to say that he wanted to avoid embarrassment (…) Embarrassment for who, right? The doubt remains,” he said.

The influencer reported that the bouncer justified this by saying he wanted to “protect her” and that the room was like Big Brother, with lots of cameras, and other people could see the situation. Vica said she understands that it can be really embarrassing for a couple to make out in an elevator or other common room, but that wasn’t the case for her and her friend.
“He felt entitled to speak about something that was about our freedom. Do you have any idea what that means?” said the influencer, recounting that his girlfriend asked the man if this situation was a heterosexual couple and if he would call for attention too.

“We are affected, we moved a month ago and we don’t want to get into trouble. But we understand the severity of homophobia. Letícia said he was embarrassed after being questioned about the situation.”
The influencer said she doesn’t know what to do yet but is worried about filing a complaint with the building manager and suffering from homophobia again. Vica vented her feelings of helplessness, insecurity, fear and anger about the situation.
“We never know who we are dealing with. It is a feeling of powerlessness, of fear, of embarrassment (…),” he concluded.
