“Get me out of here!”: Colette Provencher came out stronger

When we told her about the new reality show Get Me Out of Here!, Colette Provencher was very hesitant.

“I had zero confidence. […], but everyone told me it was made for me. “Sick of telling me that,” little Colette said to herself, confiding during her appearance on L’agenda LCN last Sunday.

Encouraged by her loved ones, the weather presenter finally found the strength to throw herself into this impressive and unforgettable adventure that changed her too.

“There’s a part of me that’s completely changed,” she said.

“I who am what I think every day; Nothing changed on that level, but the fears I had, the fears I had and everything I had to face, there’s something that changed completely,” she then clarified.

support instead of competition

For Colette Provencher, the strength of this reality show lies in its concept, which encourages mutual help and self-conquest rather than competition with others.

“I wouldn’t have been able to go into a competition where I was going up against someone or someone I almost had to push to stomp down and get my stride,” she said.

Get Me Out of Here! was filmed in the heart of the Costa Rican jungle last July. is the Quebec adaptation of the British hit format I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!. At the top are Jean-Philippe Dion and Alexandre Barrette.

Colette Provencher has played for Maison Source Bleue, which provides palliative care, and for the Mira Foundation.
