The actress appeared this Tuesday (29) in a video published on her YouTube channel. Giovanna said she suffered several emotional crashes throughout her career. When it comes to professional responsibility, the moderator usually reaches the limits of her performance. However, the apex doesn’t last long.
“When I reach my limits, I fall. And then I have to reorganize myself emotionally and mentally. In those moments when I fall, I often get hospitalized. There are emotional and mental times in my life when I… “I had to go to the hospital because of stress,” she said.

Giovanna said she could sense when she was about to have an anxiety attack. “When I’m at the peak of stress at work, I lose my breath and feel like compulsively crying. At such moments I have to go to an open place, to the forest or to the countryside,” he commented.

In these moments, the artist feels the need to isolate herself and reconnect with herself. Giovanna describes nature as a healing space. During his last anxiety attack, he traveled to the family ranch after speaking to his psychiatrist. “I spent a night here at the ranch, I found myself again and it has already made a difference in my week.”
