New developments on the split between Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen were published this Thursday (3). According to People magazine, the former couple’s children have “full access” to their parents. The publication heard from a source close to the NFL star, who said Vivian, 9, and Benjamin, 12, can see the model and athlete whenever they want. The two announced their divorce on social media on October 28 after 13 years of marriage.
According to the insider, Tom and Gisele’s heirs will not be barred from seeing either parent. “You can see which ones you want. They have a schedule, but none of them would stop their kids from seeing each other,” the source revealed. “Neither of them is,” she added.

“Kids love both and will have full access to both whenever they want,” the insider continued. “You’re not that vengeful,” he said. The person close to the player also said that none of the children will be put in the role of a pawn in a possible relationship game between the two. “These children are not being used as chess pieces. You are loved and valued by both parents.”

The publication also revealed that after the divorce was finalized, the stars “agreed to have joint custody of the children.” The decision would have been made because Tom will remain in Tampa, while Bundchen will live about four hours away in Miami, where the athlete also has a home.
In the separation notice posted on her social networks, Gisele had already stated that her children will continue to be her main focus. “My priority has always been and always will be our children, who I love with all my heart,” she began. “We will continue theirs with the love, care and attention they deserve,” he wrote.

Brady also emphasized in his statement that both will remain focused on providing children with the best education. “We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve,” he said.
