Top model Gisele Bündchen spoke exclusively to the magazine Peoplelast Friday in New York to discuss her divorce from football legend Tom Brady for the first time in almost a year.

After overcoming panic attacks, anxiety and depression in her twenties, Gisele, now 43, recently experienced turbulent times again. In her interview with the magazine, she reveals her determination to never give up.
In 2020, during the pandemic, the model homeschooled her children. So13 years old, and Vivian10 years old, which she shares with Brady.
In the paper, she points out that due to the pain of the health crisis and her ex-husband’s busy schedule, her family had to move to Tampa Bay, Florida, to support the end of that man’s sports career.
A few months later, the divorce occurred and Bündchen left Tampa Bay to move to Miami. As if that wasn’t enough, she also had to look after her two sick parents in the shadow of these dramatic changes.
“It has been a very stressful time for my family, in all aspects of my life. It seems like every time it rains it pours. “With all of life’s twists and turns, all we can do is do our best given the circumstances,” she revealed.
To stay focused, the mother relies on meditation, but also daily exercise that combines walking, yoga and strength training, showing that she is now completely focused on well-being.
The Brazilian also permanently abstained from alcohol in order to improve her sleep and her daily presence. It shows an incredibly beneficial transformation in this regard.
Finally, she encourages all women to put themselves first, refocus on themselves and regain their well-being, no matter what challenges they are going through.
