A billionaire Miami real estate developer believed to be flirting with Gisele Bundchen is actually engaged to another woman, it turns out.
Jeffrey Soffer, 55, was believed to be close to the Brazilian supermodel he knew through a friendship with her ex-husband Tom Brady.
But now it turns out Soffer has been engaged to Colleen Schiff, and has been since at least November 2021, when she was named his fiancee at an event in Las Vegas.
Soffer is said to have previously been in a relationship with another woman for several years.
“He’s been in a serious relationship for seven years and is currently engaged,” a source told the New York Post.
Schiff is the widow of Miami real estate magnate Steven Schiff, who died in 2017 at the age of 57. The couple had two children, Kylie and Neil.
Soffer was previously married to Elle Macpherson, the couple divorced in 2017 after four years. He has also been linked to Gwyneth Paltrow – although she insisted they were just friends – and model Molly Sims.

Gisele Bundchen, 43, denied any involvement with Soffer and insisted he was ex-husband Tom Brady’s boyfriend, not her
Bundchen, 42, denied any relationship with Soffer. “I have no relationship with him in any way,” she told Vanity Fair. ‘He’s Tom’s friend, not my friend.’
She added: “I wouldn’t date that guy. I mean, phew-leeze. They said I’m dating this guy, he’s old because he has money – it’s ridiculous.’
Soffer is worth an estimated $2.2 billion while the model is worth $400 million.
Developer and hotelier Soffer, 55, was married to Australian supermodel and actress Elle Macpherson, 58, until their divorce in 2017. The couple married in Fiji in 2013

Brady and Soffer, who have been friends for several years, were spotted together in January when the football star was photographed enjoying quality time with daughter Vivian.
They were spotted later that day in Miami with mutual pal David Beckham and his kids for a night of pizza-making at Miami Slice.
In May 2021, the two friends were pictured courtside enjoying an NBA game alongside sports broadcaster Jim Gray and Brady’s sister Julie in Las Vegas.
And when Brady was looking for a piece of land on which to bundchen his “eternal home” in 2020, he settled on a plot right next to friend Soffer’s spacious Miami mansion.
They further cemented their bond when Brady and Bundchen paid $17 million for the property at 26 Indian Creek Island Road — an enclave known as the “Billionaire Bunker.” Records show they did so through an LLC managed by executives from Soffer’s company, Fontainebleau Development.
Brady and Bundchen demolished the existing 5,772-square-foot home on the site and set about building a state-of-the-art eco-mansion in its place.
In October, Bundchen secretly paid $11.5 million for a waterfront home on Biscay Drive, Surfside — right across the street from her ex

Bundchen, meanwhile, paid $11.5 million in October for a waterfront home on Biscaya Drive, Surfside — just across the waterway from both Brady’s.
Her 6,600-square-foot home, built in 1981, sits on .4 acres and is most likely demolition but features 92 feet of waterfront.
She also paid $1.3 million for a small non-waterfront estate in February last year, a few months before she and Brady announced their divorce.
Soffer, 55, owns a number of luxury properties, including Miami’s iconic Fontainebleau Hotel
The hotel magnate also owns the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa and the Turnberry Ocean Club Residences
Not too long after their quick divorce, rumors began circulating that Bundchen had moved on with Brazilian-born Joaquim Valente after she was spotted spending time with him and their two children in Costa Rica in December.
Sources close to the model have angrily denied that she is dating her jiu-jitsu instructor, insisting Valente is nothing more than a close family friend.
Bundchen appeared to allude to the rumors in a cryptic caption of a stunning selfie she posted to Instagram.
“Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. All we see is a perspective, not the truth,” she explained.
Brady and Bundchen finalized their divorce on Oct. 28 and announced their nuptials with a lovely public announcement shared on social media.

Not too long after their quick divorce, rumors circulated that Bundchen had moved on with Brazilian-born jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente after they were spotted spending time together in Costa Rica. They were photographed again on March 13 while walking in Costa Rica
The NFL star wrote: “In the past few days my wife and I have finalized our divorce after 13 years of marriage. We made this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we had together.”
Sources say the mother-of-two has been “happy and doing really well” since the split, but has been “focused on her kids, her health and her work.”
Last week, Gisele shed her good-girl image for a sizzling new ad campaign that starred the Brazilian-born bombshell from a pole.
She worked the stripper pole in a new ad for Italian footwear brand Arezzo, wearing a tiny black leotard with a thong at the back that showed off her toned bottom.
It was also the March cover story of Vogue Italia, which the magazine ran alongside five stunning interior images shot by Brazilian photographer Rafael Pavarotti.
