The Quebec Remparts’ clean run during the QMJHL playoffs caught the attention of a major music figure.

Dave Mustaine, lead singer and guitarist for legendary thrash metal band Megadeth, used his visit to the Videotron Center on Wednesday to show his support for the team from the capital.
“I wish the Quebec Remparts the best of luck for the final! Go ahead and win this trophy!” he said, holding a Remparts shirt in his hands.
Patrick Roy’s men meet the Halifax Mooseheads in the QMJHL Finals. The first game takes place on Friday evening at the Videotron Center in front of a full house.
