After the Quad Driver, the first in-ear headphones from the 1More brand, which was included in our comparison, the Triple Driver now follows. In addition to the Hi-Res Audio label on the side, the two models are the first headphones in the world to have THX certification. Behind the pageantry, the quad riders revealed some great surprises – but what about their younger brother?

The 1More Triple Drivers offer excellent value for money, combining reliable construction, beautiful and robust materials, complete accessories and controls (iOS and Android compatible), excellent comfort and very good sound reproduction quality. We only complain about slightly bright midrange speakers and an unangled mini jack plug.

The E500s are more library devices than off-road companions and are clearly designed for static use indoors, in transport or at home. A lack of “versatility” that will also affect their sound signature, absolutely stunningly clean certainly, but whose excess of vibrancy and sharpness is a little divisive. So the robbery of the century is not taking place, but that does not prevent the E500 from being an interesting option if you are looking for simple, very affordable intras and above all with a very healthy base before – why not – invest in a move with high quality and performance.
