Several sectors of Quebec will receive some snow with more accumulation in the province’s center while awaiting spring-like weather with more generous sunshine on Friday.
If 2 to 4 centimeters of snow on the ground is expected in the greater Montreal area, accumulations in western Quebec will be intermittent.
On the other hand, while temperatures will be comfortable, according to Environment Canada, the weather will be windy, especially in the afternoon when gusts of 40 km/h are expected.
In the center of the province, snow could accumulate 5 to 10 centimeters in Quebec, Estrie and Beauce with comfortable temperatures.
The accumulations will be much less significant in the slightly further north areas such as Saguenay and La Tuque but wind chill will be present in the morning.
The weather will also be pleasant but cloudy in eastern Quebec, while snow will fall in some areas with an equally pleasant mercury from the afternoon.
Friday day will look spring like and not a cloud will disturb this good weather sentiment with more than bountiful sunshine in an azure sky.
