The defense lasted very briefly in the trial of the actor Goûchy Boy, who is on trial for particularly sexually abusing a former acquaintance he met on a film set in a motel in 2018.

The only witness called to the stand this morning is her artist agent Meriem Chaieb. She said she went to the bedside of Goûchy Boy two days before the alleged sexual assault, who was subsequently hospitalized for a hernia.
Recall that the actor whose real name is Ugochukwu Chijoke Onyechekwa is accused of sexually assaulting, kidnapping and molesting a former flame he met on a film set.
His trial, which began last May, continues today at the Longueuil courthouse.

In a motel
His initially close relationship with the complainant quickly deteriorated, according to the woman, whose identity is being protected by the court. During a night in a motel room in 2018, he allegedly forced sex even though she refused.
The alleged victim then found it difficult to break ties with Goûchy Boy. She particularly feared for her safety or that he would post nude videos of her on Facebook if she allowed it.
“I was his puppet, I no longer thought for myself. I was afraid, I was trapped in it,” she explained yesterday, specifying that there had been manipulation in their romantic relationship.
The 52-year-old defendant is known, among other things, for his role as prison guard Koffi Yatabéré in the popular TV series Unité 9 as well as for his appearances in 19-2 and Cheval-Serpent.
The latter decided not to testify in his trial, as his fundamental right stipulated.
Pleas will take place this afternoon.
