Gremco representative José Gamarra Conde denounced the Universitario administrator for “death threats, accommodations, coercion and extortion”.
The Gremco company filed a complaint against the administrator of the university sports club, Jean Ferrari, for the crime of coercion. In this sense, the public prosecutor’s office acted ex officio and initiated an investigation against the merengue leader. A provision provided details of the trial and the offenses charged.

It should be noted that Jean Ferrari took over the reins of the club in August 2021 after the Sunat decided to appoint him as interim administrator.
Present complicated in university
Admin issues aside, Universitario has the difficult task of undoing their poor start to the season. After his third loss in a row (Unión Comercio, Alianza Lima and Carlos Mannucci), Carlos Compagnucci left his position and in the next few hours the arrival of Jorge Fossati on the bench will be officially announced.
Although the Uruguayan is unlikely to be present in this weekend’s clash against Melgar, his debut would be in the crucial game the Cremes face Cienciano for the Copa Sudamericana.
