Claire Boucher, the singer known as Grimes who has three children with Elon Musk, has filed a petition against him in a California court “to establish parental relations.”

The San Francisco Superior Court says on its website that the “Motion for Determination of Parental Relationship filed by Boucher, Claire, against Defendant Musk, Elon” was filed on Friday, September 29th.

Further information about the case is not publicly available and it does not appear that Musk has responded to the filing. Samantha Bley DeJean — identified in the filing as Grimes’ attorney — did not immediately respond to a request for comment from FOX Business on Tuesday.

The California Attorney General’s Office says parental relationship determination applications are intended to “obtain a court order (judgment) identifying the legal parents of a child.”
